This website www.carhost.ie ("the Site") is owned by CarHost Limited (C.R.O. no. 430060) and facilitates the advertising of cars and car accessories and parts. The terms and conditions ("T&C") of the Site are as set out below. The T&C have been created for the benefit of our users and ourselves and are offered to our users on the basis that they shall be accepted without condition or modification. By using this site you signify that you accept the current T&C, including the Privacy Policy posted on this site. By using this Site you warrant that you are aged eighteen years or over.

All references to "we" or "CarHost" are intended to refer to CarHost Limited and our associates.

1. Personal Information

   Should you (the "User") request further information about our service, you may be required to provide personal details including your full name, address and email address ("Personal Information"). By providing Personal Information, you have given your consent for CarHost to use that information.

The User agrees that CarHost shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered, arising from or in connection with any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or third party on the Site.

      The User’s correspondence with third parties regarding promotions or competitions that are entered into as a result of a hyperlink on this Site is a matter which is solely between the User and that advertiser or promoter. CarHost shall not be liable for any loss incurred or damage suffered whatsoever as a result of the User entering competitions or promotions or for non-delivery of prizes.

13. Force Majeure

    If CarHost is unable to perform any of it’s obligations in these T&C for reasons beyond its reasonable control, CarHost shall have no liability to the User for failure to perform.

14. Severability

    If any one or more of the terms of these T&C are found to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid, such term(s) may be severed from the T&C and the legality, enforceability and validity of the remainder of the T&C shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

    These T&C are governed by the laws of Ireland. All advice and information contained in the Site is particular to the Irish legal system and legal framework. By using this Site the User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in all matters surrounding the Site. The T&C shall for all purposes be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The place of performance of the TOS shall be Ireland.
